Shri Padmanabhan Raja Jaishankar brings with him a
rich experience of over 32 years in Development
Banking and Financial domains, handling Top
Management and Board Level roles in the
Infrastructure, Mortgage Finance and Capital Markets
sectors.
Before the current position, he was the Executive
Director of National Housing Bank (NHB). He has
served as Director & CEO IIFCL Projects Ltd (IPL),
Chairman (Board of Trustee) of IIFCL Asset
Management Company Limited (IAMCL)and Chief General
Manager, IIFCL.He was also on the Board of India
Mortgage Credit Guarantee Corporation (IMGC) andIFCI
Factors Ltd.
He specialises in Structured Project Finance, New
Financial Product Development, Development
Initiatives, Risk Management and other functions.He
is known for having structured the first ever
Mortgage Securitisation transaction in India and a
number of other structured financial solutions such
as Credit Enhancement, Takeout Finance and Reverse
Mortgages.
He has been actively engaged in assisting the
Government in its various Committees on Sectoral
Policies, which includes leading the initiative for
formation of the First dedicated Credit Enhancement
Company for the infrastructure sector. He is also a
leading member of the project finance group of the
Inter-Ministerial Steering Committee (IMSC)for
financing of infrastructure investment under the
National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) announced by
the Government of India.
Mr. Jaishankar holds a Master’s Degree in Technology
(MTech) from the Indian Institute of Technology
(IIT), Delhi and is an MBA (Finance) from the
Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi
University.

Sh. Pawan K. Kumar is an IRS Officer of 1990 Batch
and passed M.Com from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
He holds an M.Phil in the area of Accounting and
Finance from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of
Economics. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of
Cost & Works Accountants of India. He joined
theIncome-Tax Department as Assistant Commissioner
of Income-Tax in Delhi.
He worked as a Director from 2002-08 on deputation
to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He was closely
involved in the setting up of Serious Frauds
Investigation Office, execution of MCA-21 program
and also on setting up of National Foundation for
Corporate Governance. In the period 2009-12, He
joined as Director (Tax Policy) in the Department of
Revenue, Ministry of Finance. He was also a member
of an international expert group constituted by
UNCITRAL for working on Indicators of International
Commercial Frauds.
He also worked as Commissioner of Income Tax in
Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan dealing with
corporate and non-corporate appellate matters. He
had been appointed as a member of the Committee
constituted by the CBDT for drafting Tax Accounting
Standards. He has also been a member of Committee on
Income Computation & Disclosure Standards-MAT
issues.
Previously, he was working as an Executive Director
in IBBI and looking after the work relating to
registration, monitoring and inspection of service
providers in the IBC ecosystem consisting of
insolvency professionals, registered valuers,
insolvency professional agencies, registered valuer
organizations and information utility.

A total of 26 years of experience in infrastructure
transaction advisory/ investment (debt, equity, and
funds), public private partnerships in
infrastructure, management consulting and fund
raising, capacity building & training in India.
Led teams through a variety of leadership roles as
Business Head/Regional Manager/Practice Head/Project
Manager ranging from a small knowledge based/project
teams to over 50 professional staff – managing
contracts & concessions for organisations such as –
IDFC Group, CRISIL, Feedback Ventures, IL&FS & Adity
Birla Group.
Have worked on transactions in all core
infrastructure sectors –roads, ports, airports,
railways, urban transport, water supply and solid
waste management; Agriculture Warehousing;
Industrial parks and Special Economic Zones, IT,
Tourism / Leisure & Entertainment, Real Estate,
Healthcare.
He has an MBA from RA Podar Institute of Management
and completed his Civil Engineering from Malaviya
National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Raj Kumar Ralhan has over 28 years of leadership experience across Infrastructure Finance/Advisory, Consultancy, Investment Banking, Project Finance, Debt Syndication, Fund raise (both debt and equity), Financial Restructuring, Stressed Assets Resolution, Insolvency Advisory, M&A, and Development Banking, across sectors. He is currently working as Chief Credit Officer of India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL). He has also worked at senior positions in banking, large corporates and global consulting organisations. As a leader in his career, he has handled and led execution teams in a number of landmark assignments both as a lender and as an advisor. Raj Kumar Ralhan is an Engineer with MBA and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB).

Mr. Gaurav Kumar has more than 17 years of work experience of which about 15.8 years have been in Banking and Non-Banking Financial Institution – about 8.8 years in Project finance and 7 years in SME and Retail Assets finance – with a comprehensive knowledge in Credit appraisal, Risk assessment, Price structuring, Policy formulation, Risk containment and Portfolio Management.
